1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking services with Ideal Sports Performance LLC, doing business as Ideal Sports Performance ("ISP," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site or our services.

2.Use of the Site

This site provides information about sports performance training, strength and conditioning, and fitness programs for youth, high school, and adult athletes. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to take any action that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

3.Consults & Bookings

Submitting a consult, trial, or program request through this site is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Our staff will contact you to confirm availability and scheduling. Session sizes are limited. Pricing, schedules, and program details are subject to change without notice.

4.Memberships, Holds & Cancellations

Membership terms, billing, holds, and cancellation policies are provided in your membership agreement at sign-up. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your membership agreement, the membership agreement controls. Unless your agreement states otherwise, hold and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and payments due before a request is processed will still be charged.

5.The ISP Guarantee

Our results guarantee — improving sprint speed by 1 mph and vertical jump by 3 inches within 90 days, or continued training at no charge until those benchmarks are met — applies to enrolled athletes who complete baseline testing, maintain the attendance required by their program, and complete re-testing with ISP staff. Full guarantee terms, eligibility, and testing procedures are provided at enrollment.

6.SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Ideal Sports Performance LLC, including appointment reminders, session scheduling notifications, membership updates, program updates, and occasional promotional offers.

  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our programs.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, call (817) 345-0670, or email info@ispfortworth.com.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
  • Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7.Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Participation in sports performance training and strength and conditioning carries inherent risk. Before training, athletes (or their parents/guardians for minors) must complete required waivers and health screenings and must disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries. ISP is a sports performance and fitness facility, not a medical provider. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice; consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, program names, and training materials — is the property of Ideal Sports Performance LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9.User Submissions

Information you submit through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you represent that it is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to provide it (including information about a minor for whom you are the parent or legal guardian).

10.Results Disclaimers

Any results, testimonials, reviews, or performance figures presented on this site are illustrative of past athlete outcomes and, except as expressly stated in the ISP Guarantee, are not a guarantee of future results. Individual results vary based on effort, attendance, health, nutrition, and other factors.

11.Disclaimer of Warranties

This site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideal Sports Performance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this site.

13.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
